Initiated by the QUARTIER gGmbH, the NUNATAK sets impulses as a room for culture and ideas for more togetherness in this part of town.

To create, share, and experience art together promotes encounter and supports cultural esteem.

People can spend time here with coffee and tea regardless of their origin and beyond attributions on Sundays 3-6pm and Wednesdays 4-7pm and enjoy regular events.

Additional events, like exhibitions, concerts, readings or Jam-Sessions, complete the concept.

Various artists regularly present special performances.

NUNATAK thrives on the participation of committed citizens from the surrounding area who, besides conception and planning, make regular operation possible.

The concept also includes the allocation of the premises to external users, be it for workshops, courses, celebrations or youth work in the district.
